Construction & Contracting Services
The DFB
Group, through its subsidiaries, GEC Installations and DFB Driver
Inc, provide extensive construction and contracting services for
major energy extraction and resource development projects. The DFB
Group provides field-related, project-based construction, welding
and fabrication services as well as offers project management and
site services to a variety of projects on the East Coast and the
Alberta Oil Sands.
In 2008, GEC Installations contributed remarkable construction and
contracting services to the CNRL Horizon Project in Alberta. GEC
constructed 14 large IPS fuel storage tanks and piping systems
on-time and Lost-time Incident (LTI) free.
